We are calling for presentations of research, practice, advocacy, and policy focused on a range of intersectional identities that are often “intersectionally invisible” (Purdie-Vaughns & Eibach, 2008). These may include but are not limited to: LGBTQIA+ perspectives, multi-racial points of view, refugee experiences, legacies of colonialism, ecologically, economically at-risk groups, or communities who are marginalized within broader psychological research. We especially encourage individuals who belong to and/or work with Pacific Islander populations to submit proposals for this conference. Finally, we welcome proposals from individuals and groups at various career stages, including students, early-mid and seasoned-career professionals, researchers, and practitioners from psychology and allied fields.
